How the service works

You are unwell simply visit the booking page and choose an appointment that is convenient for you to consult with a doctor virtually.

We also collect payment during the booking process. Consultations are $40 per appointment.

Scheduling

We will send you details for your virtual appointment things like how to join the virtual doctors’ room. We also collect your medical history if we don’t already have it on file.

You have a private virtual consultation with a suitably qualified doctor.

Feedback

We follow up with you to ensure that you got your consultation and also collect feedback for our doctors.

Debit or Credit Card Payments

We can only accept international cards at the moment however we are working hard to ensure we can accept local Zimbabwean cards.

General Medicine

We offer appointments with General Practitioners (GP) of medicine. They are able to provide primary health care.

Specialist Doctors

We have specialist doctors who are experts in particular specialities.

Second Opinion

To confirm a diagnosis. Sometimes, two doctors may have different opinions on a diagnosis. Getting a second opinion can help you feel more confident in the diagnosis and treatment plan

Charity work

We support non governmental organizations provide health care to those in need.
